Nissan has even outsourced its 1-800-GET-LOST customer service line to Mega Telemarketer Concentrix.Concentrix help desk is useless and knows nothing about cars.DO NOT BUY A NISSAN Product New or Used!!!!! Nissan Canada HO is out of control. Terrible customer service and support.

Nissan could care less about consumers. Nissan Law Dept has a huge budget and would rather litigate than help a customer! Nissan rather than fix a customers car transmission for $3000, instead spent $75,000 in legal costs. Makes no sense at all.

Nissan has even outsourced its 1-800-GET-LOST customer service line to Mega Telemarketer Concentrix.

Concentrix help desk is useless and knows nothing about cars.

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN Product New or Used!!!!! EVER

Please pass on this message to everyone you know...buy Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, etc.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
