Not resolved

one month after buying my car, it needs a new transmission... nissan said they would replace it, however you can imagine the issues that would result from a replaced transmission....

I can't get past customer service... keep getting the run around... omg, I just want to talk to someone with some authority and not a rehearsed scripts.... single mom of 3....

spent a tonne on this car, broke my lease on my last altima to buy this one...

was thinking of buying my daughter a versa for university, however will definitely rethink what car make I purchase... Nissan not coming through for me.

Monetary Loss: $32000.
