Nissan Canada - Dissapointed
Have since had an email correspondence with Nissan Canada who said they would change out the wheels on my Rouge but at my cost as they do not believe this to be a warranty issue. Nissan Customer Service is a joke it is just a matter of " We got your money what you gonna do about it ! "
I was am having an issue with a 2016 Nissan Rogue that I bought used but still had warranty. On June 25th I sent a letter to Nissan Canada along with my email,phone number and home address but as of July 23rd have still not heard back from them.
My issue is the wheels on the Rogue are flat on the inside and mud accumulates in them sending the Rogue into a severe shimmy !! A fast and easy fix would be to change out the wheels to something that works but Gord Scott Nissan in Red Deer Alberta can only suggest that I wash the wheels every time it rains or more frequently if needed.
Way too disappointing to have the dealer suggest a band aid rather that a solution. This is the first Nissan I have ever bought and will surly be the last.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
