Kelowna B. C. - Had an oil change and they didn't change the filter, had an oil change and they charged me for wiper fluid, even though I topped it up myself that morning. Constantly rude service. After 2 recall letters, still have no coil springs in stock months later. Rediculously expensive spark plug change and parts cost. Never buying a Nissan again.
