Hello

I'm writing to you to complain about purchasing my new 2018 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve truck. I arrived here yesterday (March 28 2019) and have never been more threatened to make a decision in such short notice.

When I agreed I still had to wait 4 hours before I could go home because of paperwork. Today I'm back here in this same dealership (Rallye Nissan Moncton NB) to get things finalized and I'm still here three hours later. Now where I come from(PEI) this doesn't happen. You are treated with respect, you are given time to think about your deal and when you agree you shake hands and make an appointment the next day or whatever suits you to do the paperwork.

You go in the next day sign your contract shake hands again and drive away in your new vehicle HAPPY. I am not happy. The only reason I'm here is because the last Titan I purchased 4 years ago from James MacNeil I was treated very good AND with respect. Furthermore the salesman I talked with on this truck had no clue what he was selling me and told me up front that I would know more than he would and that was true.

I am a faithful buyer and plan to buy more Nissan products in the future but I will be shopping somewhere else that has respect. Now they brag they're the biggest dealer in the Maritimes, maybe that's why they're so damn ignorant. I've been here for three hours now and I've seen talked to my salesman twice. I guess when the deal is done the vulture must move in the next sucker.

I'm sorry for being upset over this, I'm a fair guy, everyone gets a chance from me AND I'm also nice to speak to them and help them any way I can. Thank you

I don't care about "respect". What I do care about is the waste of time you've described ; my total attention limit for anything is 2 hours ; less if it's boring or I feel that I'm being held captive.

I also care about the product ; is it right or are there problems ?

I've been in business too long to worry about vendors' attitudes - they'd better provide the service I contracted and the item must be right. I don't need or want some bogus fake salesman sweetie holding my hand - just get the job done and give me what I paid for.
